AUgust,27 2009 End of the beach rugby season. After been eliminated during the French Championship beach rugby final (photo during the exhibition match of this final, with Marc Lievremont, french rugby team captain), we take the 2nd place of the Hossegor tournament and win a sky dinving pass! Now, it's time to go back home before starting the winter preparation with the french team...

June,15 2009 HOLIDAYS... The blue sky and the shining hot sun are back, At the program: Runing and musculation time are reduced during a month compasated with a lot of surfing sessions and beach rugby tournaments. just to keep the shape while taking advantage of the summer!!!
June,3 2009 La MONTEE du GEANT ... This week end, we organise a "Cycle Party" in the Pyrenees... 400 cyclist climb the famous moutain of the "Tourmalet" with surprising provisionings : ham, haricot beans, Madiran and jurancon (wine), gateaux ..Etc.. with a musical accompaniment : bandas (festive orchestra), moutain singers .. What an original way to practice sport while having a party ^^
May,12 2009 We went, this week end, to the ENSICA wind tunel in Toulouse. Thanks to their engineers student who make a one year project about speed skiing: we try new helmets, fairings and boots to found the best equipment for high speed races. A long, but very interesting day ... thanks to everybody !
April,27 2009 Just after the end of the season: a new challenge is starting. 7 team of 4 European High Level Athletes (B.Lizarazu, M.Crepel, L.Alphand, G.Forget, S.Davies, JP.Vidal, D.Aucagne ..etc..) compete in the "2009 odyssee du flocon a la vague": a 3 days raid with freeskiing, hydrospeed, rafting, kayak, surf, pirogue, stand up paddle and paddle board. Following the water, from the moutain... to the sea ! My team called "CG65" won the competition (with F.Adisson and W.Forgues: kayak olympic gold medalist / V.Valery: French Snowboard cross team / and me ) just before the "Midi Pyrenees" Team (M.Crepel) an "Liza" (B.Lizarazu). April,24 2009 End of the 2009 speedski season. RANKED 3d in the FINAL WORLD CUP RESULT and winner of the cristal globe (overall winner) with team France... !! what a wonderful and exciting season...Hope each next years could be as it !!

April,12 2009have made a small detour to Marseille for 2 days, staying with my good friends Thomas and Romain before going to the world cup final. I took the opportunity to visit the city, experience each remote corner, explore on a yacht and ... go surfing ^^ it certainly wasn’t "mini hawaii" but still was so much fun, and was nice to do a bit of exercise paddling and relaxing. It was a nice short break before returning to the life of the ski resorts. Tomorrow I’ll be leaving to go prepare my skis at an expert ski clinc before driving to Verbier (Switzerland) for the final race! Stay tuned!
April,3 2009 Back home for 2 weeks before the world cup final. My brother, Jimmy and I helped out our local rugby team, playing in the semi finals of the Armagnac-Bigorre Championships. It was a great day, winning and being able to continue our physical preparation for the world cup while having a great time with our team mates of UAL. I plan to leave next weekend for the Alps to prepare my skis before going to the World Cup finals in Verbier (Switzerland)
